Three generations of the same family lived in this house. The maintenance had been deferred. This house was begging to be brought up to modern day standards. By removing a wall in the kitchen, gutting the bathroom, and making the basement a finished and livable space (while also adding a full bathroom and laundry space) we were able to pass this onto a new family who may very well choose to raise another generation in the home. Note the details on the cedar fence including a custom, curved gate at the sidewalk and a sliding barn door on the rear fence that is large enough to get a car through.
