This property was previously just a yard and driveway. We developed this property knowing that the zoning ordinance would limit the width of the home we could build. Working within the parameters given we built a tall, deep, and modern style Craftsman home. The home includes open cell insulation in the attic, dual zone HVAC, open floor plans, and tall ceilings. It has also a large attached garage with excellent stoage.
