“Hole in Roof. No working sewer line. Feral cats.”
We bought this property with the understanding that it had been vacant for at least several years. A roof leak had gone undetected and the water intrusion destroyed the hardwood floors in the dining room and, eventually, pooled in the basement. The sewer line had completely failed and there were feral cats living in the shed.
