“The Alexandra” - Alexandria, Virginia
This project started out as a 1961 split-level style home. The last update looked to be done in the early 1990’s and it had an unfinished basement. A second floor was added to the main section of the house, a one-story addition was built on the side and a two-story addition was built at the rear. The basement was finished and the rest of the home had a total gut renovation.
