This was a great house in a beautiful neighborhood. It needed a lot of updating on the inside. We also took a 1,900 square foot unfinished basement and finished it by added a full bathroom, laundry room, rec room, huge bedroom, and tons of storage. We also had to put a driveway in where one had never been before. We upgraded the water service from 3/4” to 1”. The kitchen was gutted and we removed a load bearing wall between it and the dining room. We also added a bedroom on the second level and gutted the other 2.5 bathrooms in the house.
